Position Overview

Location: Remote (U.S. EST hours required, preferably, but also for all US time zones)

Compensation: Base + Performance Bonus + Equity Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Accountability
-
Manage a team of 6 salespeople (4 Account Executives, 2 Inside Sales Reps)
-
Train, coach, and empower the team to meet and exceed sales targets
-
Implement and monitor KPIs and quotas (e.g., demo-to-close ratio, pipeline health)

Sales Process Optimization
-
Shorten sales cycles, particularly for multi-location franchises
-
Work with marketing to improve lead quality and provide feedback
-
Oversee the sales funnel from lead generation to trial-to-close

Team Development & Training
-
Conduct daily coaching, weekly team training, and quarterly evaluations
-
Maintain and optimize sales training materials (e.g., sales scripts, demos)

Pipeline & Sales Management
-
Track, report, and optimize pipeline performance
-
Ensure smooth coordination between SDRs, AEs, and CS for client success
-

Collaboration with Marketing
-
Provide feedback on lead quality and sales campaign performance
-
Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns based on industry insights
-

Strategic Deal Management
-
Lead initiatives for corporate and franchise accounts
-
Drive strategies to close multi-location franchise deals and corporate accounts

Required Skills & Experience
-
Proven sales leadership in SaaS or similar industries (preferably in health & fitness)

Expertise in multi-location franchise sales and SaaS sales processes
-
Strong CRM proficiency, specifically Close.com
-
Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision making
-
Ability to train, coach, and scale teams
-
Ability to manage remote teams (U.S. EST hours required)

Experience in sales process optimization
