Lead, Motivate, Succeed – Join Our Sales Leadership Team!
Are you an experienced sales professional ready to step into leadership? Do you have a passion for coaching, driving performance, and creating a high-energy team culture? We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of outbound Inside Sales Representatives in our Boca Raton call center.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Motivate a team of 8–12 sales representatives making outbound calls to warm leads
- Coach in real-time to improve pitch, closing techniques, and script compliance
- Monitor KPIs including call volume, conversions, and revenue performance
- Conduct daily huddles, sales contests, and one-on-one coaching
- Report performance trends and provide feedback to upper management
- Maintain a fun, competitive, and goal-oriented team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in sales (call center or inside sales preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership, coaching, or supervisory role
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals
- Strong communicator with high energy and a positive, hands-on attitude
- Comfortable working on-site in our Boca Raton office
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses paid monthly

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (rotating Saturdays required)
- 100% in-office – team culture and floor leadership is key!
