We’re looking for reliable and professional CDL Shuttle Drivers to safely transport passengers across multiple counties. If you enjoy driving and helping people, this is a great opportunity to be part of a trusted transportation team.
What You’ll Do as a CDL Driver:
- Drive shuttle buses safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies
- Stick to scheduled routes and times
- Help passengers, including those with disabilities
- Collect fares and report any issues
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report problems
- Stay in touch with dispatch and supervisors
Requirements of a CDL Driver:
- Must be at least 24 years old
- Valid Florida CDL (Class A, B, or C) with Passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in 5 years or 3 years clean)
Preferred Experience:
- Previous commercial or transit driving
- Familiar with local roads and traffic laws
Skills You’ll Need as a CDL Driver:
- Good communication in English
- Able to operate wheelchair lifts and safety equipment
- Calm under pressure and good at solving problems
- Friendly, dependable, and safety-focused
Work Conditions:
- Flexible schedule (may include split shifts and varied days off)
- Work in all weather conditions
- Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Safety Info:
- This is a safety-sensitive role under DOT and FTA guidelines
- Drug testing and safety training required
