- Preparation and execution of breakfast and lunch dishes following established standards.
- Experience working the sauté station, including sautéing proteins, vegetables, and sauces.
- Performing mise en place prior to service.
- Managing timing during service to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team and assisting other stations as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in American cuisine.
- Experience in à la carte service (not buffet).
- Ability to work with speed and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
- Must be able to work without cellphone use during working hours.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
