Position Overview
We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and execution-driven Marketing Specialist to support our fast-paced marketing team. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, this role will be instrumental in implementing marketing strategies across digital, email, and social channels. You’ll help shape how we reach audiences, tell our story, and drive engagement—bringing both left-brain precision and right-brain creativity.
This is a hands-on role perfect for a marketing generalist with strong digital skills, solid writing chops, and an eye for design.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Execution & Support
    1. Assist in developing and launching multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
    2. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking across platforms.
  2. Digital Advertising
    1. Set up, optimize, and report on paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
    2. Support budget allocation, A/B testing, and creative asset rotation.
  3. Email Marketing
    1. Build and manage targeted email campaigns using [e.g.,HubSpot].
    2. Create content calendars, track open/click rates, and iterate on performance insights.
  4. Content & Copywriting
    1. Draft copy for social media, ads, emails, landing pages, one-pagers, and other marketing assets.
    2. Tailor messaging for different audiences while staying on-brand and goal-oriented.
  5. Visual Asset Creation
    1. Use Canva or similar tools to create basic graphics for social media, email, and digital ads.
    2. Coordinate with designers and freelancers for more advanced creative when needed.
  6. Social Media Management
    1. Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook).
    2. Schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance.
  7. Reporting & Optimization
    1. Help monitor key marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership.
    2. Make data-informed recommendations to optimize content and campaign performance.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to voice, clarity, and call-to-action.
  • Experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Proficiency with email marketing software and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other lightweight design tools.
  • Comfort juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic team environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with public safety, law enforcement, technology, or government-sector clients.


Work Location & Reporting Cadence
This is a remote role with infrequent reporting to Wrap’s Miami Corporate Headquarters.

  • Corporate Headquarters – Miami, FL (Coconut Grove)
  • Other Locations (as needed):
    • Wise, VA / Bristol, VA
    • Washington D.C. Metro Area
    • New York City
    • Additional offices & key operational sites based on business needs
