We are seeking a Bilingual Telesales Manager to lead and manage our outbound sales team. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing a team of SDRs, driving lead generation efforts, and executing business development strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong sales background, capable of coaching and motivating the team to achieve sales targets. They will be bold, competitive, motivated by challenges, and driven to win.
Requirements
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Leadership and sales team management experience/skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales
- Fluency in Spanish and English
