What You'll Do
- Engage customers in the service drive and identify windshield replacement needs
- Educate customers on glass replacement options and next steps
- Build strong relationships with service advisors, managers, and dealership staff
- Generate referrals and consistently hit daily and weekly sales goals
- Schedule and coordinate on-site auto glass services
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and completed jobs
- Represent Service Pros Auto Glass with a professional, positive attitude

- Sales or customer service experience is a plus — not required
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
