Fortress Engineering Group LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and advertising initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who excels in digital advertising, website management, and brand development — and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Manage and improve the company’s website, including SEO, content updates, and performance tracking

Design and produce marketing materials such as banners, graphics, and brochures

Develop and schedule social media content to increase visibility and engagement

Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports

Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels

Work with company leadership to support business development and lead generation goals
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

3+ years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles

Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing

Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO

Graphic design ability using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently

Must be located in or able to commute to Jacksonville, FL (on-site position)
