As we expand our portfolio of managed and rental properties, we’re looking for a data-driven, results-focused Manager of Revenue to elevate our performance. In this role, you’ll oversee pricing, distribution, and forecasting strategies across a diverse set of resorts, helping us maximize rental performance while delivering unforgettable guest stays.

Your Impact

Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to drive yield and occupancy.

Forecast rental revenue for assigned properties, factoring in market conditions and booking pace.

Optimize performance across channels including OTAs, GDS, and Vacatia.com, ensuring rate parity and compelling content.

Lead recurring revenue strategy calls to align teams and share actionable insights.

Oversee inventory controls, system configurations, and rate loading to support strategic goals.

Analyze competitive sets and market trends to inform agile, data-driven decisions.

Collaborate across departments to ensure flawless execution of revenue plans.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

4+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality; multi-property experience required.

Proven success managing 200+ unit portfolios and high-volume operations.

Proficiency in RMS, PMS, and channel management systems (e.g., SynXis, Duetto, TravelClick, SiteMinder).

Advanced skills in Excel, BI platforms, and forecasting models.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
