As we expand our portfolio of managed and rental properties, we’re looking for a data-driven, results-focused Manager of Revenue to elevate our performance. In this role, you’ll oversee pricing, distribution, and forecasting strategies across a diverse set of resorts, helping us maximize rental performance while delivering unforgettable guest stays.

Your Impact

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to drive yield and occupancy.

  • Forecast rental revenue for assigned properties, factoring in market conditions and booking pace.

  • Optimize performance across channels including OTAs, GDS, and Vacatia.com, ensuring rate parity and compelling content.

  • Lead recurring revenue strategy calls to align teams and share actionable insights.

  • Oversee inventory controls, system configurations, and rate loading to support strategic goals.

  • Analyze competitive sets and market trends to inform agile, data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure flawless execution of revenue plans.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 4+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality; multi-property experience required.

  • Proven success managing 200+ unit portfolios and high-volume operations.

  • Proficiency in RMS, PMS, and channel management systems (e.g., SynXis, Duetto, TravelClick, SiteMinder).

  • Advanced skills in Excel, BI platforms, and forecasting models.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
