Position Summary:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing world-class service in both English and Spanish. You'll help solve problems, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience through phone, email, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish

  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information

  • Document interactions and updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) system

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, satisfaction scores, and call resolution

  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
