Location: Tampa, FL (Corporate Office – Onsite Only)
Pay Range: $45,000 – $60,000+ annual salary (based on experience) + $2,000–$4,000 in monthly incentives
Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at our office in Tampa, FL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades professionals nationwide to meet client needs. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or staffing experience who wants to grow their career in recruiting.
This position is in office and fast-paced — you’ll collaborate with teammates, meet client deadlines, and help staff projects that directly impact industries across the country.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
• Support company initiatives such as employee recognition, events, and team culture
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
• Knowledge of employment and labor practices is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
