What You'll Do... As the Marketing Director, you'll be the strategic force driving growth across Florida through data-driven marketing, creative brand leadership, and operational excellence. You'll develop and execute a comprehensive statewide marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and ensures every marketing investment delivers measurable ROI. You'll establish and manage KPIs and OKRs tied to key business metrics like customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and revenue attribution, while leading monthly business reviews with executives to share performance insights, forecast results, and recommend strategic adjustments.
You'll take ownership of marketing analytics-using platforms like GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and Google Data Studio to monitor campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver clear, actionable insights. You'll manage budgets with discipline and transparency, negotiating vendor contracts, reconciling monthly spend, and reallocating resources to maximize marketing impact and return.
You'll lead and inspire a talented Florida-based marketing team, setting clear expectations, coaching for growth, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. You'll work closely with sales, operations, and customer experience leaders to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities and directly support revenue goals.
You'll also guide creative strategy and brand innovation-developing campaigns that connect with Florida audiences, translating complex services into clear and compelling value propositions, and driving brand consistency across all digital, print, social, and community channels. You'll lead integrated marketing and lead generation campaigns that fuel customer acquisition, managing attribution models and automation workflows to ensure seamless handoffs to sales and operations.
Finally, you'll champion Turner's brand across Florida-supporting local community engagement, sponsorships, and partnerships that build visibility and trust. You'll embody and promote the company's values of sustainability, customer care, and innovation in every initiative. In this role, you'll shape how Turner tells its story, reaches its audience, and drives growth across every market we serve.
Who You Are... What does it take to be a successful Marketing Director at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you're a performance-driven leader with a deep understanding of how messaging connects with service-oriented customers. You'll also have...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in service-based or field operations industries (pest control, home services, HVAC, lawn care, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel strategies that drive measurable growth and engagement.
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Skilled in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with executives and field leaders alike.
- A self-starter with a metrics-driven mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
