Seeking a licensed CAM Manager for Portfolio Community Management. Portfolios average from 8-12 Communities. Must be willing to work nights and weekends for Meetings, Association related events and Community related Emergencies.
This is a fast paced industry with new experiences everyday.
Job Duties Include:
- Prepare and Attend Meetings
- Post Meeting Notices
- Maintain a Managers Report
- Send Friday Updates to the Board
- Type Meeting Minutes
- Prepare Annual Budgets
- Monitor Collections
- Perform Property Inspections
- Manage Vendors
- Respond to E-mails within 2 business days
- Read and Review Community Documents
- Guide the Board of Directors
- Research Association Issues for Solutions
