Haven Home Health is seeking a reliable and detail-orientedPart-Time Office Assistant to join our home health team in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth coordination of patient care and administrative workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the home health team
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate electronic medical records
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clinicians, and patients
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and documentation
  • Support scheduling, faxing, scanning, and organizing medical records



Requirements:

  • 12 years of medical office or home health experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
