Position Overview:

We are seeking a Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in developing our P&C capabilities. This person will support brokers, manage client relationships, coordinate quoting and policy servicing, and help shape internal processes as we grow.

The ideal candidate brings technical expertise in commercial lines with the agility, initiative, and collaborative mindset necessary for a startup-style environment. You’ll be a critical part of building our P&C division from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurance portal and manual quote and service both new and renewal P&C business
  • Manage client relationships with responsiveness and care
  • Work closely with producers to strategize renewals, placements, and growth opportunities
  • Oversee billing and invoicing processes; troubleshoot discrepancies with clients and carriers
  • Enter and maintain accurate policy data in EZLynx (Applied) and agency management systems
  • Coordinate claims between clients and carriers and third party relationships
  • Help design and refine internal workflows and client servicing protocols
  • Monitor industry trends, carrier appetite, and underwriting updates
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities between health and benefits and property/casualty
  • Serve as the go-to operational expert for P&C-related matters

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in property & casualty account management (commercial lines)
  • Hands-on proficiency with EZLynx or comparable AMS
  • Solid understanding of billing, audits, certificates, and endorsements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proven comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) – required
  • Experience in a benefits-focused brokerage or startup is a plus
  • Must be able to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL
