PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to 300+ inbound inquiries a month
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:
- Active 2-20 or 20-44 license
- Experience with Florida homeowner's insurance
PRODUCER COMPENSATION:
- Base salary + commission
- Monthly spiffs
