Position: Opener (Salary + Commission)
This is the entry-level sales role on our team. You’ll be responsible for calling warm and fresh business leads, engaging business owners, and setting up opportunities for our closers.
What We Offer:

Salary + Commission: Weekly base pay with uncapped commission.

Progression Path: Training → Junior Broker → Senior Broker → Team Leader (with overrides).

Compensation Example

Training Period: $600 weekly base + commissions.

Junior Broker (post-training): $700 weekly base + commissions.

Senior Broker: $45,000+/year salary + higher commissions, bonuses, syndication opportunities, and paid time off.
Responsibilities

Call and qualify inbound & outbound leads (business owners).

Generate interest and transfer to closers or set up appointments.

Learn sales scripts and objection handling.

Track performance metrics in CRM.

Maintain a high activity level — this is a phone-heavy role.
Qualifications

Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
