Responsibilities

Account Management: Review and update existing policies to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Upsell and Cross Sell policies: Suggest additional benefits and policies to better protect the household needs of our customers.

Expand New Relationships: Drive new households into the agency by asking for client referrals.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and fulfilling customer requirements.



Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or account management, preferably within the insurance sector.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an easily understandable manner.

Sales Expertise: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze different policy benefits to match effectively for our clients.

Customer-Focused: Commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and enhancing the customer experience.

Licensing: Active insurance licensing in the state of Florida is a must. 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance License is required.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft products.
