We are seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our Tax & Accounting Team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service related information and document processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide limited information about the services
  • Troubleshoot concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Schedule is Approximately 6 hours per day or 30 hours per week.

Daily schedule can be extremely flexible. (ie, *8am to 2pm, 9am to 3pm, etc)
