Compensation:
$300,000 - $750,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Your Mission
- Build a championship-level sales team from top reps to elite closers.
- Coach and scale the existing sales team to peak performance.
- Target and serve high-value clients with a premium experience.
- Design scalable systems, scorecards, and playbooks for statewide growth.
- Partner with the CEO to drive expansion and consistent revenue growth.
