???? Shift Details:

After training: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM EST

Training: 120 days, 100% onsite (likely 9 AM – 6 PM M–F or aligned with Mexico hours)

Post-training: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Work Mexico business hours

Observe Mexico holidays while working through U.S. holidays
???? What You’ll Do:
-
Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone/email
-
Analyze and resolve requests related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality support
????️ Required Skills:
-
Fluent in Spanish & English (Portuguese a plus!)

1–2 years in banking/financial services
-
1+ year customer-facing experience
-
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SharePoint)

Ability to multitask across systems while engaging with clients

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
