What You’ll Do

• Build strategic referral partnerships and develop a strong lead pipeline

• Conduct consultative discovery calls and deliver tailored proposals

• Represent our brokerage at national conferences and industry events

• Guide businesses through their HR transformation journey with solutions that truly fit

• Collaborate with a positive, growth-minded team

What You Bring

Experience

• 3–5 years of B2B sales in one or more areas: PEO, Employee Benefits, Fractional HR, EOR, HRIS

Professional Skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities with executives and business owners

• Consultative selling style and relationship-first approach

• Self-motivation, strong follow-up, and a growth mindset
