Duties will involve, but not be limited to:
- · Open and close the office daily
- · Reception
- · Take care of customers (Visitors, phone, email, CRM)
- Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
- Receive & process payments in QB
- File, process invoices, print checks, and make online/mail payments
- Manage the Office Center mail system -pick up mail and distribute internally
- Support the Director in specific projects
- Perform Clerical work and all other general office duties

Job Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Minimum 3 years’ office experience in similar tasks
- Full knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word/Excel/Outlook primarily)
- Experienced web surfing skills
- Basic Knowledge of Social Media Usage
- Basic knowledge or experience with QuickBooks
- Lots of common sense, initiative, and maturity
- Ability to work alone and program your time and work.
- Effective public relations involves dealing with customers personally, by phone, or via email.
- Verifiable work history, clean nationwide criminal background, and references
