Overview:

  • Represent the company to clients and leads.
  • Support efficient office operations.
  • Salary plus bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Assist with general office duties (phone calls, emails).
  • Make follow-up and satisfaction calls to clients.
  • Set appointments and describe services to clients.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Previous home health marketing experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an office environment.
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
  • Preferred experience with ClearCare and at a Home Health Agency.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines).
