We are currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate, Sample Room & Inventory Support to support our growing operations. This role is vital in maintaining an organized sample room, managing inventory flow, and supporting showroom product handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize the sample room to ensure timely and accurate access to materials.

• Support the Warehouse Coordinator with day-to-day inventory management tasks.

• Receive, label, stock, and organize inventory of tile, stone, and accessory materials

• Assist in the physical movement of product within the warehouse and into the showroom displays

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and showroom storage areas

• Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, and Client Success Coordinator to support internal team needs and client satisfaction

• Prepare sample orders and ensure packaging is clean and professional for delivery or customer pickup

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or showroom support environment preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable working in a team and communicating with different departments

• Interest or experience in tile, stone, or design materials is a plus
