This is you:
- Magnetic & guest-obsessed. You read the room before the door even opens. A quick smile, a perfectly timed Negroni, a story about the Amaro we just imported from Piemonteyou turn first-time visitors into regulars.
 - Craft-cocktail fluent. You geek out over barrel-aged Boulevardiers, rare vermouths, and the perfect lemon twist. Bonus if you can school the table on why our Spritz isnt just a Spritz.
 - Wine-curious. Italian bottles are your playgroundProsecco to Baroloand you love guiding guests to the bottle that makes their night.
 - Small-plate savvy. You know cicheti from crudo, can sell the last Salumi Board with theatrical flair, and pair it with the perfect wine.

What youll do:
- Own your section like its your own living roomonly with better lighting and a killer playlist.
 - Curate cocktail & wine experiences that spark Instagram posts and return visits.
 - Collaborate with bartenders on nightly features and with the kitchen on limited small plates.
 - Be the face of Bar Tulias launchhelping us build the buzz that puts us on every must-visit list in Southwest Florida.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven ability to provide efficient and friendly service to customers within a designated section, which may include multiple tables.
 - Skilled in accurately recording and settling guest orders and ensuring compliance with all financial transaction policies.
 - Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 - Capable of safely carrying food and beverages and ensuring proper handling of all equipment and utensils.
 - Strong communication skills, with the capability to follow and understand both written and spoken instructions.
 - Able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
 - Comfortable working in tight spaces with varying noise levels and temperatures.
 - Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the duration of the shift, carry weights of up to 50 pounds, and navigate potential tripping hazards.
