Event Staff Member

Location:Club Lake

Job Type:Seasonal, Part-Time

Season Schedule:

  • September through June (9 months)
  • Summer shifts available on an as-needed basis
  • Ideal for weekend and evening availability

Job Description:
Club Lake is hiring Event Staff Membersto support weekend and evening events, including weddings and special celebrations. This position is a great fit for college students or anyone seeking flexible, event-based workin a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Pulling rental items and dcor from inventory
  • Inspecting items for cleanliness and condition
  • Transporting furniture, dcor, and rentals to event spaces
  • Setting up tables, chairs, and dcor according to floor plans
  • Arranging centerpieces, linens, and decorative elements (when required)
  • Coordinating placement of large furniture items
  • Assisting vendors with setup as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Removing garbage throughout the event and at end of night
  • Performing event breakdown after event conclusion
  • Cleaning, packing, and returning items to proper storage
  • Restoring the venue to standard condition

Qualifications:

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Able to lift and move event furniture and dcor (up to 50 lbs)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • No prior event experience requiredtraining provided
