Job Description:
Club Lake is hiring Event Staff Membersto support weekend and evening events, including weddings and special celebrations. This position is a great fit for college students or anyone seeking flexible, event-based workin a fun, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Pulling rental items and dcor from inventory
- Inspecting items for cleanliness and condition
- Transporting furniture, dcor, and rentals to event spaces
- Setting up tables, chairs, and dcor according to floor plans
- Arranging centerpieces, linens, and decorative elements (when required)
- Coordinating placement of large furniture items
- Assisting vendors with setup as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Removing garbage throughout the event and at end of night
- Performing event breakdown after event conclusion
- Cleaning, packing, and returning items to proper storage
- Restoring the venue to standard condition
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift and move event furniture and dcor (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- No prior event experience requiredtraining provided
