Job DescriptionMoving Helper (On-Call) – Expedite Moving (Florida)
Expedite Moving is looking for skilled Moving Helpers to join our Florida team on an on-call basis.
We take pride in providing fast, reliable, and professional moving services — and we’re looking for dependable team members who take that same pride in their work.
Position Overview
You’ll assist our lead movers and drivers with loading, unloading, wrapping, and protecting furniture and household goods. This position requires hands-on moving experience and the ability to work safely, efficiently, and respectfully with customers and teammates.
Requirements
- Professional moving experience is required
- Must know how to wrap furniture using moving blankets and shrink wrap
- Able to pack boxes properly and stack items securely on the truck
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lift heavy items safely
- Positive attitude and good communication skills with customers
- Valid driver’s license a plus (but not required)
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
