Senior Business Development & Sales Manager (B2B / Wholesale Electronics)

We are a fast-growing electronics wholesale company in Doral seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish), highly motivated and business-oriented professional to work directly with the CEO. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide the sales team, manage customer relationships, analyze reports, and help grow the business. $72k base + up to 50% performance bonus.
About the Role
This is a high-visibility position working closely with the CEO. The right candidate will be fully dedicated, disciplined, business-focused, and highly organized. You will stay on top of daily responsibilities, deliver results without excuses, and ensure that both the sales team and customer relationships are actively managed. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can represent the company when the CEO is traveling.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to execute sales and growth strategies.
Review daily sales reports, meet with sales reps, and set action plans.
Conduct 5–10 daily customer calls (English & Spanish) to grow accounts and strengthen relationships.
Manage relationships with electronics brands and manufacturers.
Analyze sales data and prepare actionable reports.
Step in to manage operations when the CEO is unavailable.
Travel as needed for client visits and industry events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (U.S. degree strongly preferred).
Must speak and write fluent English and Spanish.
8+ years of wholesale or B2B sales experience (electronics industry strongly preferred).
Proven ability to work directly with C-level leadership.
Highly organized and proactive — uses calendars, reporting, and structure without reminders.
Disciplined and business-oriented — fully focused on company goals, not distracted by personal activities.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and sales data analysis.
Compensation
Base salary: $72,000
Performance bonus: Up to 50% additional based on KPIs
