Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, reliable, and comfortable handling a fast-paced call environment. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails
- Quickly learn processes, scripts, and systems to handle calls confidently
- Identify the purpose of each customer’s call, gather relevant information, and provide effective solutions
- Follow prepared scripts for various customer service scenarios
- Use proven customer service techniques to build rapport and strengthen relationships
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Attend ongoing training to stay current with company policies and best practices
Qualifications
- Must have a reference showing job longevity
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic math skills
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role preferred
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and communicate clearly
- Works well under pressure
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Must be able to pick up training quickly and handle calls effectively
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
