Customer Service Specialist – Multi Family

Based in Orlando, Florida, Massey Services is one of the nation’s largest and most respected service companies, with a history of providing quality service for four decades. This role supports our Multi-Family Division and is centered on delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

· Greeting and communicating with customers in a courteous and professional manner

· Addressing customer inquiries, resolving service requests, and assisting with billing-related questions

· Engaging with potential new customers to ensure a welcoming experience

Additional duties involve active collaboration with the Multi-Family team, including:

· Making outbound calls to support collection initiatives

· Conducting quality assurance calls to enhance customer satisfaction

· Utilizing our CRM system to assist administrative operations

Expanded responsibilities may include:

· Generating reports and maintaining accurate customer account records

· Participating in trade show activities and related support tasks

Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED at a minimum

· Previous experience with customer service on the phone

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Excellent computer, typing, Word and Excel preferred by not required

· Time management talent and a sense of urgency

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift – Monday - Friday
  • Day shift
