The Senior Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service. This role involves proactive outreach, strategic account management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or related role (PVF Preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Strong ERP knowledge (Eclipse/Solar)

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
