Job Summary
Set up and prep assigned station on the line. Consistently prepare meals as ordered and per the written recipe.
Qualifications
- Must be clean and organized and be able to work as a team
- Must be able to take direction
- Must be able to work alone
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be trained in fine dining cuisine
