We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a long-term contract opportunity with part-time hours, working three days a week for 8 hours each day. The initial contract will span three months, with the potential for extension up to six months based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the accounting department with daily tasks, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Perform filing duties to maintain well-organized documentation systems.
• Match tickets and ensure proper coding of documents.
• Stamp and process incoming documentation efficiently.
• Collect necessary paperwork from neighboring offices as required.
• Scan invoices and other documents to maintain digital records.
• Handle receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls professionally.
• Provide clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.

• Previous experience in office administration or as an office assistant.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

• Excellent communication skills for handling calls and interacting with staff.
• Experience with scanning and maintaining digital records.
• Comfortable performing routine clerical duties in a fast-paced environment.
