Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth by generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities, sparking interest, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest

  • Schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to align outreach strategies with campaigns and targets

  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the funnel

  • Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience (B2B experience a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive edge

  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold calling

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools a plus
