JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of the investor relations program. Provide strategic insight, efficient planning, and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the VP of Investor Relations in executing a best-in-class investor relations program that effectively communicates the company's strategy, performance, and market opportunities.
- Provide analysis and insights on investor sentiment, peer performance, and market trends to inform IR strategy and executive decision-making.
- Support preparation and execution of quarterly earnings, investor conferences, and analyst meetings.
- Drive the full earnings cycle including drafting and editing the earnings release, earnings call script, investor presentation, and Q&A materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure timely and accurate disclosures.
- Manage logistics for quarterly conference calls and webcast events.
- Support investor outreach strategy, including identification of new institutional investors and monitoring of ownership trends.
- Maintain and enhance the Investor Relations website to ensure it reflects the company's story and key disclosures in a timely, engaging manner.
- Serve as a first point of contact for inbound investor and analyst inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor peer performance, summarizing insights for senior management.
- Review and summarize sell-side analyst reports and consensus models; maintain accuracy of data across platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet).
- Support preparation of investor presentations and materials for non-deal roadshows, conferences, and investor days.
- Manage NYSE notifications, disclosure documentation, and coordination of public announcements and filings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on SEC filings and other investor-facing documents.
- Contribute to the development of the annual report, proxy, and materials for the Annual Shareholder Meeting.
- Perform ad hoc financial and investor analyses to support executive-level requests and special projects.
- Track and process invoices and budget-related documentation for the IR function.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Finance, Economics, Communications, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of finance, investor relations, equity research and/or communication experience. First-hand experience with Investor Relations preferred. Broad background at an investment bank or asset manager a plus.

- Builds and maintains trusted, credible relationships within the investment community and across internal teams, serving as a key liaison between the company, investors, and analysts.
- Demonstrates a broad understanding of corporate strategy, industry dynamics, and the macroeconomic factors that influence investor sentiment and valuation.
- Skilled in managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, and other financial and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, adaptability, and composure in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
