Job Title Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Greater Orlando / Central Florida (Hybrid; must be local)
Schedule:M-F, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting. This hybrid role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, overseeing onboarding, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Flexibility is required for occasional on-site interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage top talent via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance
Coordinate interviews and maintain frequent communication with hiring managers
Facilitate onboarding and ensure compliance with policies
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Skilled at sourcing, screening, and engaging active and passive candidates
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with ATS (UKG Pro), background checks, and reference processes
Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and diversity hiring strategies
Highly organized, able to multi-task, and adapt to hybrid work requirements
