Our BARTENDERS are responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences while educating guests on our food and drink menus. Bartenders deliver a fun, fast, and friendly guest experience that reflects our mission and values. In this role, you are expected to seamlessly balance guest interaction, beverage preparation, bar organization, and support for the overall restaurant team.

THE BASICS
  • Serve as an ambassador of our mission, culture, and core values in every guest interaction
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our food, beverage, cocktail, beer, wine, and seasonal menu offerings
  • Create genuine connections with guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant while anticipating their needs
  • Confidently guide guests through beverage selections and offer thoughtful food and drink pairings that enhance their experience
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately, efficiently, and consistently according to recipe standards
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality with warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, food handling, and responsible alcohol service standards
  • Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities to ensure the bar remains fully stocked, clean, organized, and service-ready
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to leadership to support smooth operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen beverage knowledge, service standards, and operational excellence
  • Work collaboratively with all team members to create a positive, efficient, and team-oriented environment
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency while delivering accurate beverage preparation and detail-oriented service
  • Uphold presentation and cleanliness standards in all bar, guest-facing, and service areas at all times
  • Support restaurant operations by assisting fellow team members and contributing to overall guest satisfaction throughout each shift

PRE-REQs

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and works with a sense of urgency
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Can work in both hot and cool environments
  • Self-accountable in upholding high standards
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed
  • Willingness to learn and develop
