We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Tampa. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service. The selected candidate will manage client accounts, resolve inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction through consistent and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.

  • Handle account inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction is met consistently.

  • Maintain professionalism in all communication, written and verbal.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related field.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • A proactive and client-oriented approach to service.
