Job Summary: Inside Sales Representatives at SafeTouch Security work onsite at our Jacksonville headquarters, engaging with customers to identify needs, generate leads, and guide them through a seamless sales process. They drive revenue by assessing each customer’s security requirements, presenting tailored product solutions, and successfully closing sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up via inbound phone calls, web leads, customer referrals, marketing leads, and online chats.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of SafeTouch’s residential and commercial security products and service offerings.
- Use consultative selling approaches to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Convert qualified leads into appointments for the field sales team or close deals directly when appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with our outside sales team to build SafeTouch Security’s sales pipeline and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer activities.
- Contribute to team meetings with insights and customer feedback.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates and sales techniques.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Inside sales or related experience.
- Work onsite at SafeTouch Security’s Jacksonville headquarters.
- Solid computer applications skills with MS Office. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Able to meet or exceed sales targets. Proven track records are preferred.
- Develop a thorough understanding of products to be sold within the first 30 days of employment.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong phone presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective listening abilities, and pleasantly persistent.
- Efficient time management skills with proven ability to multitask, organized with attention to detail.
- Competitive team player.
- Pass drug screening and background requirements.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Remain seated at a desk, stand, or move from place to place for extended periods.
- Occasionally move light objects.
- Observe details at close range.
- Take notes, operate technology, and present information.
- Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and hard copy materials while interacting with others.
- Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, in writing, and electronically.
- Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions so others will understand.
Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Work/Base Location: Jacksonville Corporate
Work Hours/Availability: Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8 am until 7 pm, Friday from 9 am until 6 pm, and Saturday from 9 am until 2 pm. Must be able to work an 8- or 10-hour shift Monday through Friday; Saturdays rotationally. These hours are subject to change due to business needs.

Pay Range: The target annual pay for motivated sales individuals is $67,600 - $71,800, whichincludes base pay plus commissions.
