Job Description:

Abacus Global Management, Inc. is seeking a professional and motivated Business Development

Representative to create long-term value by finding new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Abacus purchases distinct life insurance assets through a variety of sources including consumers,

financial advisors, and insurance agents through B2B education. Our capital partners for these

investments include institutional investors, hedge funds and pension funds. The ideal candidate should

possess strong verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with cold

calling, multitasking, and possess the ability to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for

this role.

Responsibilities:

• Compile lists of potential leads to contact with information

• Use strategies such as cold calling, emailing, and networking to identify and connect with

prospective clients

• Meet and exceed quotas

• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint

• 2-14, 2-15 Life Insurance experience and license preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time ONSITE Monday to Friday
