Charity Assistant - Weekly Pay + Training
We’re looking for enthusiastic Charity Assistants to help deliver successful fundraising events in Miami and the surrounding area. This role is perfect for people who enjoy working face-to-face with the public, being part of a team, and supporting causes that matter. No previous experience is required, we provide full training and hands-on coaching from day one.
Role Specifics
- Employment Type: Full-Time (W2).
- The Setting: This is an in-person, face-to-face role at retail activations and pop-up event locations. (Not a call center or remote role).
- The Mission: You will be representing our Partners non-profit clients (501c3 organizations) to increase brand awareness and secure long-term donor support.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with the public at charity events, retail activations, and pop-up locations.
- Represent partner charities with authenticity and enthusiasm, inspiring donations and memberships.
- Build rapport and deliver compelling messages that drive measurable fundraising results.
- Work collaboratively with team members to hit and exceed campaign goals.
- Develop key professional skills in communication, sales, and leadership.
