Marzucco’s Construction and Coatings is a company that focuses largely on preserving and enhancing the exterior envelopes of high-rise condominiums. We are looking for an individual to join our growing team with relevant construction experience in waterproofing, concrete repairs, painting, stucco, window/door replacement, and sealant replacement that can successfully execute in three key areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle: generating and closing sales leads, creating estimates, and managing project execution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining responsibility for sales activities within assigned territory.
- Establishing and strategically building a solid customer base.
- Driving sales through the growth of existing clients.
- Generating new business opportunities.
- Reviewing and interpreting project plans and specifications to determine total costs.
- Analyzing data and factors like labor, materials, equipment, and location to prepare detailed estimates.
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and bids.
- Working alongside engineering teams to refine estimates and budgets.
- Completing take-offs to gather information for bids.
- Understanding and navigating building codes.
- Designing solutions for customer's problems.
- Attending Prebid meetings
- Manually measuring and inspecting site specific conditions.
- Understanding products and installation of products and services.
- Managing the subcontractors and in-house personnel in the completion of the work.
Requirements include:
- Outgoing, professional personality who enjoys the sales process.
- Detailed knowledge of construction projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle financial reporting and compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of building material.
- Understanding the project requirements.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret plans.
- Familiarity with market prices and regulatory standards.
- Skill in preparing accurate cost estimates.
Compensation:
- 100K + base plus bonus depending on experience.
