Overview
We are seeking a friendly and solution-focused Remote Member Support Representative to assist customers and ensure they have a positive experience with our services. In this role, you’ll provide support across phone, email, and chat, guiding members through processes, answering questions, and helping resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities

Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, respectful manner

Provide assistance with forms, procedures, and account-related questions

Update member records accurately in the CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns or escalate issues

Follow up with members to ensure their needs are met and concerns resolved

Maintain a high standard of service and empathy in every interaction
Qualifications

Prior customer or member support experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and active listening skills

Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and Adobe PDF software

Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail

Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional remote workspace
