Reports To: Director, Finance and Administration & Manager, Superyacht Department
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (average 40 hours/week additional hours as needed)
Position Overview:
This hybrid role combines accounting responsibilities with client-focused support for the
Superyacht Department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and
comfortable working with numbers while also providing exceptional customer service.
QuickBooks experience is required, and familiarity with marine navigation products is a
plus.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Assistant Duties
- Perform daily accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
- Accurately enter bills, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist with account reconciliation and reporting.
- Support the accounting team with special projects needed.
Superyacht Support Coordinator Duties
- Assist the Superyacht Department with client communications and administrative tasks.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage follow-ups.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone inquiries.
- Provide navigation product support and assist with order processing.
- Learn flag state navigation requirements (MCA, Cayman Islands, Marshall Islands, U.S., etc.).
- Support departmental projects with strong attention to detail and timely execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- QuickBooks experience required.
- Strong administrative background with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor when working with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with marine navigation products or the yachting industry (helpful but not required).
