ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Lisa Swinson State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquire new customers to the agency for auto, homeowners. life and hospital income insurance.
• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Actively pursue new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community engagement
• Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options to potential clients
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up consistently
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• One or more active insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health and/or Customer Service License)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
• Excellent communication and people skills
