Position: Asset Management Administrator
We are seeking an Asset Management Administrator to support our Tech Operations team in managing IT inventory and equipment lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, overseeing procurement and deployment activities, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies. The Asset Management Administrator will also manage the ServiceNow ticketing system, generate reports to support operational decisions, and participate in cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, track, and distribute IT hardware and supplies.

Receive, manage, and secure inventory, including new equipment.

Conduct scheduled audits and spot checks of hardware across the Southern region.

Maintain supplier records, including warranties.

Relocate equipment as needed (ability to lift up to 50 lbs).

Support procurement, deployment, and surplus activities.

Prepare reports and data analysis for decision-making.

Participate in staff and operations team meetings.

Enforce departmental procedures and policies.

Manage ServiceNow tickets and assist with other assigned duties.
Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

1–3 years of experience in asset management, procurement, finance, or related role.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, OneNote, Outlook, and Windows 11.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel up to 25% to district locations (personal vehicle required).
