About Florida's Best Services: Florida's Best Services is a unique, fully licensed firm led by a Master General Contractor who holds all Division I licenses (General Contractor, Electrician, Plumber, Mechanical, Roofing, etc.). We are committed to integrity and meticulous quality in all construction and remodeling work. We are specifically looking to grow our roofing division with an experienced, high-caliber sales professional.

We are not a storm-chasing company. We focus on sustained, ethical business and high-quality installations within a 30-minute radius of our base.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Roofing Sales Representative to drive revenue and bring fresh, innovative sales and marketing ideas to our growing roofing division. Todd is looking for an established professional who can step in with knowledge and vision.

Compensation: Competitive Pay Structure (Salary + Commission/Draw against Sales) to be negotiated based on experience and ability to produce.
Stability: Full-time opportunity with a stable, reputable company focused on integrity.
Scope: Focus solely on local work generated through networking, leads, and web-based marketing—not door-to-door sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle for roofing projects, from lead qualification and estimating to contract closing.
Strategic Growth: Bring new ideas and fresh strategies for sales, marketing, and client acquisition to Todd and the team.
Marketing Support: Utilize your experience to assist with ramping up marketing efforts and lead generation strategies.
Relationship Building: Serve as a representative of the company's high standards of quality and integrity with all clients.
Future Development: (Optional but preferred) Demonstrate capability to take on potential future roles, such as project management or broader business development, as the company grows.

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven Experience: Significant, verifiable experience as a Roofing Sales Representative (or in high-value construction sales).
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of roofing materials, estimating, and Florida building codes.
Vision & Ideas: Ability to articulate and implement new, innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Integrity: Must align with the company's core values of high integrity, quality workmanship, and ethical business practices.
Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
