About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, and analyze SMS campaign performance, traffic trends, and consumer engagement.
- Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot performance variations and support campaign optimization and traffic allocation.
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business, Marketing, Dev, Analytics) to align strategy and execution.
- Build and maintain partner/vendor relationships while prospecting new opportunities.
- Support business development through vendor management, performance monitoring, and prospect research.
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in operations, business development, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work across large data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards, CRMs, or ad network tools a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
