As a CSR, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service. You'll be the voice of our company-the person customers rely on for answers, solutions, and support.
What You'll Do:
As part of our support team, you'll communicate directly with customers by phone, email, or chat (depending on the role). You'll help with a variety of needs such as order support, product questions, account updates, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting. Your goal will always be to provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and make every interaction feel personal and professional.
You'll also be responsible for recording customer interactions, following up when necessary, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams. All of this will be done while staying up to date on company products, services, and policies through ongoing training and support.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who are great at communicating, both spoken and written. You don't need years of experience, but you do need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to multitask. If you're tech-savvy, comfortable navigating different systems, and have a customer-first mindset, you'll feel right at home here.
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required. We provide full training for those who are eager to learn and grow with us.
